Improving wellbeing through access to yoga.

There is a growing body of evidence supporting the use of yoga to reduce the financial burden on public services and improve wellbeing in healthcare, the criminal justice and education systems, and in occupational environments.

The APPG on Yoga in Society brings together MPs, Peers and policy-makers, in conversation with leaders in yoga and research to discuss practical and constructive ways yoga can be used to improve wellbeing across the UK.

The Officers and Members of the APPG passionately support the integration of yoga and yogic practices in many areas of UK society to promote wellbeing; this includes on the Parliamentary Estate, in the form of bespoke chair-based yoga sessions.

We offer a very warm welcome to all to become members and affiliates of the APPG.
